Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Knife and Tool Sharpener abrasive belts are formulated, designed, and made in America by industry-leading abrasives manufacturer Norton for precision sharpening of high-strength steels. The grit symmetry, spacing, and backing flexibility are all designed to produce the optimal convex edge with minimal heating or material takeoff. If you’ve ever used a belt sander to sharpen, you know how quickly the steel heats and how much excess material can be removed if you aren’t careful. P80 EXTRA-COARSE ABRASIVE BELT PACK (80 GRIT)
Intended for restoring heavily-damaged edges or complete reprofiling applications. These are a coarser grit than the coarsest grit included with the Ken Onion Edition belt assortment.

P120 EXTRA-COARSE ABRASIVE BELT FIVE PACK (120 GRIT)
Intended for restoring damaged edges or re-profiling applications. These are an exact replacement for the Extra-Coarse grit included with the Ken Onion Edition.

P220 COARSE ABRASIVE BELT FIVE PACK (220 GRIT)
Initial sharpening of knives and tools. These belts will become finer with use.

X65 COARSE ABRASIVE BELT FIVE PACK (220 GRIT)
Intended for initial sharpening of knives and tools. These are an exact replacement for the Coarse grit included with the Ken Onion Edition.

X45 MEDIUM ABRASIVE BELT FIVE PACK (400 GRIT)
Intended for initial convex shaping of an established knife or tool edge.

X22 MEDIUM/FINE ABRASIVE BELT FIVE PACK (1000 GRIT)
Intended for final convex sharpening of a knife or tool edge. These are an exact replacement for the Medium/Fine grit included with the Ken Onion Edition Knife and Tool Sharpener belt assortment.

X4 FINE ABRASIVE BELT FIVE PACK (3000 GRIT)
Intended for refining the sharpened edge of a knife or tool. These are an exact replacement for the Fine grit included with the Ken Onion Edition Knife and Tool Sharpener belt assortment.

6000 EXTRA-FINE ABRASIVE BELT FIVE PACK (6000 GRIT)
