The Elite Drink Mix 320 contains 80g of carbohydrates, in a 2:1 ratio, along with 1705mg of essential electrolytes. It provides both energy and electrolytes, and can be used as a Pre, During, and post-activity energy drink.

This versatile drink mix can be consumed before or during your runs to keep you hydrated and maintain optimal fluid uptake throughout your endurance activity. It can be used as an isotonic drink during runs or as a hypertonic solution prior to long runs or races.

Recommended Use

For a Hypertonic solution, mix 1 sachet in 500ml water and consume before your activity. For an Isotonic solution, mix 1 sachet with 1000ml water and consume during your activity. Can be used before, during, and/or after an activity.
