Swift Awning

The Eezi-Awn Swift Awning is a freestanding bag awning that delivers over 50 ft² of side coverage in a package that deploys solo in under a minute. Forward- and rear-hinged rafter arms extend the Swift beyond a standard side awning footprint, providing coverage toward the front and rear of the vehicle simultaneously. Built from 260 gram waterproof ripstop canvas with a UV-resistant PVC cover, and made at Eezi-Awn's Johannesburg facility. Available in Grey or Beige.

Note: Freestanding in no wind conditions. Staking down at the base of legs in an X pattern is strongly recommended at all times.

KEY FEATURES

• Forward- and Rear-Hinged Rafter Arms: Unlike a standard side awning that only covers lateral space, the Swift's dual-direction arms extend coverage toward both the front and rear of the vehicle — wrapping the side of the rig more completely than a conventional 2M awning.
• Freestanding Design: Integrated height-adjustable legs support the awning without needing to lean against the vehicle — providing stable shade even when parked on uneven ground.
• Solo One-Minute Deployment: The full framework self-contains in the bag — unroll, extend the legs, and the Swift is ready. One person can set it up and stow it in under 60 seconds.
• 260 Gram Waterproof Ripstop Canvas: Same panel spec as the Bat 270 and Manta 270 — waterproof and UV-resistant for extended use across sun and rain.
• 700 Gram UV-Resistant PVC Cover: Heavyweight tonneau-grade PVC bag protects the awning during travel and adds meaningfully to long-term canopy life on vehicles that log serious trail miles.
• Wall Set Compatible: The Swift Wall Set (sold separately) encloses the full footprint into a standing-height private shelter — extending the Swift into a complete outdoor room.

IDEAL FOR

• 4WD and overland builds where a 270° awning is too wide for the vehicle or rack, but a standard side awning doesn't provide enough coverage.
• Solo or two-person trips where fast, single-handed deployment is a hard requirement.
• Camp setups where side and partial front/rear coverage matters — cooking stations, gear layouts, or seating areas that extend along the vehicle length.
