Incredible Dart Tool

The Incredible DART brings Stan’s patented tubeless repair technology to Daysaver’s premium Incredible Tool ecosystem.

We have partnered with Daysaver.fun to bring our revolutionary patented DART tubeless repair technology to their modular Incredible Tool line. Engineered in Switzerland by Daysaver and available exclusively through Stanʼs, the Incredible DART tool features a rapid-deploy stainless steel rod and is ready for action with one DART preloaded. Two additional DARTS (included) are stored in the base and set for easy reloading.

At less than 4” long and weighing just 27 g, it fits easily in any bag, pack, or pocket. Additionally, like all other tools in the Incredible line, it can be stored securely in the end of any handlebar with a straight section of at least 119mm using the Incredible Handlebar Mount (sold separately).

We developed the Dual Action Repair for Tubeless (DART) to repair large punctures and slices in tubeless tyres faster, easier, and more reliably than existing tyre plugs. Unlike traditional tire plugs that attempt to press rubber strips into a puncture, dual action DARTs create both a mechanical and a chemical seal. The DART anchors into a puncture
while creating a simple and safe chemical reaction with your Stanʼs sealant to quickly form a permanent airtight bond. The DARTʼs patent pending ability to react with latex sealant makes tubeless tyre repair fast, easy, and reliable for every rider.

Traditional plug tools were originally developed for car tires, and their long, sharp tips can cause damage to rim tape, or cut hands. Even worse, their plugs can actually expand many punctures because they rely on only a tight fit to hold them in  place. In contrast, the DARTʼs sonically welded plastic tip and heavy duty woven material anchor firmly in place and stay put during even the most aggressive riding, while being safer for rims, rim tape, and your hands. The strong and flexible laser-cut material of the DART contours to different punctures and maximizes surface area sealing power. Because the DART anchors to your tyre and creates a bond with your sealant, it also wonʼt pull out while riding - unlike conventional plugs. One of the best features of the DARTʼs design is that it doesnʼt require trimming once inserted, and excess material wonʼt get in the way of your ride. DARTs canʼt be felt while riding, even on road tyres, and they wear smooth naturally.
